By using AIMart, you confirm that:

4. Marketplace Role

Unless clearly stated otherwise, AIMart is not the seller, developer, owner, service provider, distributor, or support provider of third-party tools listed on the platform.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are fully responsible for their submitted listings and services.

Vendors must ensure that:

• Listing information is accurate and not misleading
• They have the legal right to list the product or service
• Product descriptions, images, logos, pricing, and claims are truthful
• Their product or service complies with applicable laws
• They provide customer support for their own users
• They manage their own refunds, cancellations, delivery, and service access

AIMart may review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at its discretion.

6. Vendor Subscription Plans

Vendors may purchase paid subscription plans to list and promote their tools or services on AIMart.

Subscription fees are charged for listing, review, publishing, visibility, and promotional services according to the selected plan.

A subscription does not guarantee:

• Sales
• Leads
• Revenue
• Ranking position
• User sign-ups
• Approval of misleading or prohibited listings
• Permanent placement on the platform

AIMart reserves the right to change subscription pricing, features, limits, or plan benefits with prior notice where required.

7. Listing Approval

Submitting a listing does not guarantee approval.

AIMart may reject or remove listings that are:

• False or misleading
• Incomplete
• Illegal
• Harmful
• Spammy
• Offensive
• Related to scams or fraud
• Related to prohibited products or services
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Against our marketplace policies

AIMart may request additional information from vendors before approving a listing.

8. Prohibited Listings

Vendors may not list products or services related to:

• Illegal goods or services
• Fraud, scams, or fake earning schemes
• Gambling or betting where restricted
• Adult or explicit content
• Weapons or harmful products
• Malware, hacking, spyware, or phishing tools
• Fake documents or identity services
• Misleading financial or investment claims
• Copyright-infringing products
• Any product or service prohibited by law or payment gateway policies

AIMart may update this list from time to time.

9. User Responsibilities

Users who browse AIMart are responsible for:

• Verifying vendor details before purchasing
• Reviewing third-party vendor terms and policies
• Checking product features, pricing, refund policy, and support terms
• Using third-party tools at their own discretion
• Not misusing the AIMart platform

AIMart does not guarantee the quality, performance, safety, legality, or suitability of third-party tools.

10. Third-Party Tools and External Links

AIMart listings may contain links to vendor websites, apps, payment pages, or external platforms.

We are not responsible for:

• Vendor pricing changes

• Vendor refunds
• Vendor customer support

11. Payments

Vendor subscription payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

By making payment, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and subscription terms shown at the time of purchase.

AIMart is not responsible for payment failures, bank delays, payment gateway issues, or incorrect payment details entered by the user.

12. Cancellation and Refunds

Vendor subscriptions can be cancelled to stop future renewals, if renewal billing is enabled.

Payments already made are generally non-refundable once the listing review, publishing, or promotional service has started.

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases such as duplicate payment, payment charged but service not activated, or technical issues from AIMart’s side.

13. Shipping and Delivery

AIMart does not directly ship physical products.

Our listing and subscription services are delivered digitally. Vendor listings are reviewed and published online after successful payment and approval.

For third-party products, software access, subscriptions, services, or delivery, the respective vendor is fully responsible.

14. Intellectual Property

All AIMart branding, website design, text, graphics, platform features, logos, and content owned by AIMart are protected by intellectual property laws.

Vendors retain ownership of their own submitted logos, product names, images, and listing content, but grant AIMart permission to display, promote, and use such content on the platform for listing and marketing purposes.

Vendors must ensure they have rights to all content they submit.

15. Content Removal

AIMart may remove or suspend any content, listing, account, or vendor profile if we believe it:

• Violates these Terms
• Violates applicable law
• Is misleading or harmful
• Receives valid complaints
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Damages marketplace trust

We are not required to provide prior notice in urgent or serious cases.

16. Limitation of Liability

AIMart will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by third-party vendors
• Incorrect vendor information
• Tool failure or poor performance
• Payment disputes between users and vendors
• Loss of data from third-party tools
• Business losses, revenue loss, or profit loss
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of AIMart and any third-party listed tools is at your own risk.

17. No Guarantee

AIMart does not guarantee that:

• A vendor’s product will be successful
• Tool information is always fully accurate
• The platform will always be error-free
• Third-party tools will meet user expectations
• Vendor services will always be available

We aim to maintain quality, but users and vendors must make their own decisions.

18. Account Suspension or Termination

AIMart may suspend or terminate accounts if users or vendors:

• Submit false information
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in fraud or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees

• Harm AIMart’s reputation or users

Termination may result in removal of listings and loss of access to vendor features.

19. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
