AIMart is an AI tools, SaaS products, digital tools, and business solutions marketplace where users can discover tools and vendors can list their products through subscription-based plans.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your AIMart account, you can contact our support team by email.

- Phone number, if linked with your account
- Account type: User or Vendor
- Business name, if you are a vendor

2. Account Deletion Process
After receiving your request, our team may verify your identity to confirm that you are the account owner.
Once verification is completed, we will process your account deletion request within:
7 to 15 business days
After deletion, you may lose access to:
- Your AIMart account
- Saved tools or preferences
- Vendor dashboard
- Submitted tool listings
- Subscription-related dashboard access
- Account history
- Communication history related to your account
3. Vendor Account Deletion
If you are a vendor, deleting your account may result in removal or suspension of your vendor profile and listed tools from AIMart.
Before deleting a vendor account, please note:
- Active listings may be removed from the platform
- Subscription benefits may stop after account deletion
- Account deletion does not automatically create a refund
- Pending payments, disputes, or policy reviews may need to be resolved first
- Some billing, invoice, payment, and compliance records may be retained as required by law

4. Data That May Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is approved, we may delete or anonymize personal information such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Account login details
- Profile information
- Saved preferences
- Non-essential communication details
- Vendor profile information, where applicable
- Tool listing information, where removal is allowed
5. Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained even after account deletion where required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
This may include:
- Payment records
- Invoices
- Tax or accounting records
- Transaction references
- Legal compliance records
- Records related to fraud, misuse, or policy violations
- Support conversations required for dispute resolution
- Backup data for a limited period
Such retained data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
6. Third-Party Services
If you used third-party tools, vendor websites, payment gateways, or external services through links listed on AIMart, you may need to contact those third parties separately for deletion of data stored by them.
AIMart cannot delete data held by third-party vendors, payment gateways, or external platforms.
7. Reversing an Account Deletion Request
Once your account is permanently deleted, it may not be possible to restore your account, listings, dashboard data, saved preferences, or history.
If you change your mind, contact us immediately before the deletion process is completed.
