Welcome to AIMart. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for vendor subscription plans, listing services, promotional services, and other paid services offered through our platform.
AIMart is a marketplace and discovery platform for AI tools, SaaS products, digital tools, business solutions, content creator tools, automation tools, and related services listed by third-party vendors.
1. Vendor Subscription Payments
AIMart offers paid subscription plans for vendors who want to list, publish, and promote their AI tools, SaaS products, software, digital services, or business solutions on our platform.
Subscription payments are charged for services such as:
- Vendor account access
- Listing review
- Listing publication
- Marketplace visibility
- Category placement
- Promotional features, if included in the selected plan
- Vendor dashboard access
- Listing management features
Once a vendor subscription is purchased and the listing review, approval, publication, or promotional process has started, the payment is generally non-refundable.
2. Cancellation of Subscription
Vendors may cancel their subscription to stop future renewals, if automatic renewal is enabled.
Cancellation means:
- Future billing may be stopped
- Current active subscription benefits may continue until the end of the paid billing period
- Listings may be downgraded, hidden, removed, or limited after the subscription expires
- Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment deducted but subscription not activated
- Payment deducted but listing review was not started
- Technical issue from AIMart’s side that prevented service delivery
- Any other case approved by AIMart after review
Refund approval is not automatic and will depend on the facts of each case.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
- Vendor changed their mind after payment
- Vendor submitted incorrect or incomplete listing details
- Listing was rejected due to policy violation
- Vendor violated AIMart’s Terms & Conditions
- Vendor expected guaranteed leads, sales, revenue, ranking, or traffic
- Vendor failed to use the purchased listing service
- Subscription period has already started
- Listing was already reviewed, approved, published, or promoted
- Vendor’s product, service, or business is found to be misleading, illegal, prohibited, or harmful
- Third-party payment gateway, bank, or UPI delay beyond AIMart’s control
5. Listing Rejection and Refunds
AIMart reserves the right to reject listings that are incomplete, misleading, illegal, prohibited, harmful, spammy, or against our marketplace policies.
If a listing is rejected because the vendor violated our policies, provided false details, or submitted prohibited content, the subscription amount may not be refunded.
However, AIMart may allow the vendor to correct and resubmit the listing, depending on the issue.
6. Refund Request Process

- Transaction ID or payment reference number
- Reason for refund request
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card provider, or UPI provider.
Usually, approved refunds may take 5 to 10 business days, but actual timelines may vary.
8. Third-Party Vendor Products
AIMart is not responsible for refunds related to products, tools, software, subscriptions, services, or digital access purchased from third-party vendors listed on our platform.
If a user purchases a tool or service from a vendor’s website or external platform, the refund request must be made directly to that vendor according to the vendor’s own refund policy.
AIMart does not control third-party vendor refund decisions.
